Kapil Gupta is a seasoned athlete with a lifelong commitment to physical and mental performance. A Taekwondo Black Belt, National Gold Medalist, Boxer, Marathon Runner, and CrossFit Pro, he knows what it means to push limits  and why most people burn out trying.

After working closely with athletes, entrepreneurs, and corporate teams, Kapil realized something important:
